Carefully packaged with proper ventilation and moisture control to ensure safe, live arrival.
What if my isopods don’t survive shipping?
Live Arrival Guarantee. If there’s an issue, just send a photo within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship year-round?
Yes. We include heat or cold packs when necessary to protect your isopods.
How do I keep Dairy Cow Isopods healthy?
Provide a moisture gradient. Keep one side damp and one side drier, with plenty of leaf litter and hides to create the perfect microclimate.
How long do they live?
Typically 1-2 years, but a thriving colony is self-sustaining when managed properly.
Can I mix them with other isopods?
Yes, but they are active breeders. If mixed with slower-growing species, they may establish dominance in the enclosure.
Is my package covered or guaranteed to arrive alive?

How are weekend orders processed?
Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business week. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship once regular operations resume.
When do you ship out-of-state orders?
We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. If you’re located out of state and your order requires 2-day shipping, it will be shipped the following Monday to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please note that our processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time — 1-day or 2-day shipping refers only to the transit time once your package has been shipped.
