Yes — when you add Route Package Protection at checkout, your order is fully covered if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For live feeders, this also includes our Live Arrival Guarantee. That means if your feeders don’t arrive alive due to a shipping issue, Route makes it easy to file a quick claim for a replacement or refund. Just make sure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to keep your feeders safe and healthy.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business week. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship once regular operations resume.
We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. If you’re located out of state and your order requires 2-day shipping, it will be shipped the following Monday to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please note that our processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time — 1-day or 2-day shipping refers only to the transit time once your package has been shipped.
