"Surface activity in this species appears to be largely nocturnal or crepuscular because many roadkill specimens were recorded in the early morning (Ganesh & Arumugam, 2015b). However, at least on one occasion an adult was observed actively foraging and feeding during broad daylight." (Ganesh et al. 2022)
