We Ship Monday Through Thursday — for a Reason

Our schedule is simple: we ship orders every Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time ship the same day. Orders placed after noon ship the next business day.

Monday orders usually arrive Tuesday. Tuesday orders arrive Wednesday. Wednesday orders arrive Thursday. And Thursday orders — those require a little extra awareness.

The Truth About Thursday Shipping

Yes, we do ship on Thursdays. And yes — most Thursday orders to Florida arrive on Friday without any problem. But if your delivery gets delayed and ends up sitting over the weekend, things change. Roaches are hardy, but they’re not indestructible. If a shipment gets stuck in a truck or warehouse from Friday night through Monday morning, even the best packing can’t protect them.

For that reason, Thursday orders are not covered by our live arrival guarantee unless they are delivered on Friday. We’re always happy to ship Thursday — and in most cases, it works perfectly. But if you're in an area with less predictable delivery patterns, we strongly recommend placing your order Sunday night or Monday morning instead. It protects the roaches, your money, and your experience with us.
