Yes! Superworms are great for reptiles, amphibians, birds, and small mammals. Due to their size and movement, they’re especially stimulating for active hunters like bearded dragons, monitors, skinks, and frogs.

No—superworms can’t tolerate cold. Refrigeration will kill them. Always store them at room temperature.

Yes—we guarantee live arrival on every order, with no exceptions. If something happens during shipping and your superworms (or any of our feeders) don’t arrive alive, just let us know. We’ll make it right—no hassle, no debate.

That’s totally normal. Superworms shed their skin as they grow. Right after they molt, they turn pale or white and stay that way for a few hours. They’re softer during that time but still healthy. They’ll darken back up soon.

Yes—especially for reptiles. Superworms are great feeders, but they’re high in phosphorus. Lightly dusting them with calcium helps keep things balanced, especially if you’re feeding them often.

Superworms grow slowly compared to mealworms. If kept warm and fed well, they’ll grow over several weeks but won’t suddenly get huge overnight. They stay in worm form as long as they’re housed together.
