Corn snakes (Pantherophis guttatus) are one of the best beginner snakes — beautiful, calm, easy to handle, and available in a wide variety of color morphs. Our captive-bred corn snakes are well-started and feeding on frozen/thawed rodents.

Care Basics

  • 20-40 gallon enclosure with secure lid
  • Warm side: 82-85°F, cool side: 72-76°F
  • Humidity: 40-60%
  • Diet: Frozen/thawed mice, every 5-7 days for juveniles, every 7-14 days for adults
  • Hides on both warm and cool sides
