1. Current operational status

All Angles Creatures is currently in transition. The website you are reading remains live as a content and reference resource. Products shown on the site are not currently for sale — purchasing is paused while the business reorganizes under a new entity. We expect commerce to resume once that transition is complete; in the meantime you can join the notification list on any product page to be emailed when that product returns to stock.

During this transition, the only data we collect from new visitors is what you provide voluntarily through the Notify-Me forms (your email address) and basic site analytics. See the privacy section below for full detail.

2. Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit a Notify-Me form on a product page, the homepage signup, or the footer signup. We also collect the source page (which product you signed up from) and the timestamp of the submission. We do not currently ask for your name, address, or any other personal information.
• Standard site analytics, if Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site. GA4 records page views, approximate location (country / region), browser type, and similar non-identifying telemetry. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not enable Google's remarketing audiences.

How we use it

We use email addresses for one purpose only: to email you when the product you signed up for is back in stock, or when there are operational updates we think you need to know (e.g. when commerce resumes under the new entity). We do not currently sell, share, or rent email addresses to third parties.

Site analytics are used in aggregate to understand which content is useful and where visitors come from. Analytics data is not tied to your email address.

Cookies

If GA4 is enabled, it sets standard analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) with a SameSite=None;Secure attribute. The site does not set any other first-party cookies. Third-party scripts that previously set cookies (Klaviyo, Gorgias, Shopify) are not loaded on this version of the site while commerce is paused.

Data retention & deletion

To request deletion of your email from our notification list, or to ask what data we have on file about you, email info@allanglescreatures.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm deletion within 30 days of the request, in line with GDPR and US state privacy law expectations even though we are not strictly subject to those regimes.

Your privacy choices (US state laws)

Some US states (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, others) give residents the right to opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising. Because we do not currently share email addresses with third parties for advertising purposes, there is nothing to opt out of at present. If that changes, this section will be updated and a dedicated opt-out form will be linked here.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business reorganizes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

3. Terms of service

Site purpose

During the current transition, this site is an informational resource. Articles, care guides, product pages, and feeding plans are provided for reference. No products on this site are currently for sale. Stock notifications via Notify-Me forms are the only active interaction.

Content ownership

All written content, photography, and product descriptions on this site are the property of All Angles Creatures and may not be reproduced, mirrored, or scraped at scale without written permission. Care guides may be cited with attribution and a link back to the source article.

Accuracy & warranties

Information on this site (especially in care guides and feeding plans) reflects our best current understanding of feeder insect, reptile, and bioactive husbandry. It is not veterinary advice. We do not warrant that articles are free from error or applicable to every species, jurisdiction, or individual animal's situation. Use the information here as a starting point, not an authority.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site, read articles, and submit Notify-Me forms. You may not (a) scrape product or article content programmatically at scale, (b) attempt to access non-public endpoints, (c) submit fraudulent emails to the notification system, (d) use the site to send unsolicited communications, or (e) reverse-engineer the site for competitive purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business reorganizes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top.

4. Refund policy

No commerce currently active

Because purchasing is paused while we transition to the new entity, no new orders are being accepted and no new refund requests can be processed through this site.

Historical orders (placed before the transition)

If you placed an order with All Angles Creatures via Shopify before the transition and have a question about a past refund, replacement, or live arrival claim, email info@allanglescreatures.com with your order number and the date of purchase. Refer to your original receipt for your order number.

When commerce resumes

Our prior live arrival guarantee remains the basis for our refund and replacement policy on live-feeder shipments. When commerce resumes under the new entity, that policy will be republished here in full and will apply to all new orders. We will email anyone on the notification list when this happens.

5. Shipping policy

No active shipping

With commerce paused, we are not currently shipping any products. The site does not accept orders.
