Properly stored, frozen rodents last 6 months to a year.

Safest methods: in the fridge, at room temperature, or sealed in a bag placed in lukewarm water. Avoid microwaves, hot water, or heat lamps—they damage the prey.

Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We won’t put you through a bunch of steps or make you prove anything—we’ll take care of you quickly and kindly.

Frozen rodents naturally have an odor. If there are visible issues (not just smell), we’ll help you out.
